Shipping & Ordering

When will I receive my order?

The processing of your order, the manufacturing of the products and the delivery (free of charge) require our team a maximum of 10 to 15 working days. We do everything possible to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our merchandise.

How do I track my package?

You can track the progress of your order by clicking on the tracking link at the bottom of the page.

How much does delivery cost?

We deliver our products all over the world. There is no minimum quantity required per order and all our deliveries are free of charge (except DOM-TOM).

My order is not complete

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately, depending on available inventory and shipping warehouses. Don’t worry, your package will arrive shortly.

I did not receive my order

A problem with the Post Office? Lost, broken or destroyed parcel ?

With our secure delivery, Izuku World will take care of all the disputes for you. Our customers’ satisfaction is our priority. We do not put the blame on the carrier and let you “manage”. We assume full responsibility by immediately sending you a new package at our expense.

Can I change my order?

Yes, as long as your order is not “in process”.

Can I cancel my order?

It is possible to cancel your order! If the order is already in progress, the cancellation fee will be 40% of the purchase price.

I wish to return an item

We are only able to accept a return in case of a proven product defect.

Our products undergo strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products have any manufacturing defects, please send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) to along with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

My clothing is too small

All our textiles are accompanied by a size guide to avoid this kind of inconvenience to our customers. Our team has taken care to measure each article and to add the corresponding comment in each description. Therefore, the buyer assumes full responsibility for products that are too small / large. Nevertheless, we know that the purchase of such an item can cause great frustration.

Can I combine my discount codes?

No. Except in exceptional cases, we only accept one discount code per order.

I received an import tax

Izuku Academia ships its products all over the world legally. However, the buyer is responsible for the import taxes of his country, we decline any responsibility.
